For any act of violations mentioned above or in any other form are a criminal violation and strong Legal Action will be taken against such individuals or business entities, property owner/s, tenant/s, website owner/s etc. for either direct or indirect violation, under the respective Acts and also as per Copyrights and Trademark Act with hefty Penalties and criminal punishment for such breach as punishable under such laws

Any use/misuse of GST License of Prime Properties Real Estate Agency® in the purchase of raw material, finished or unfinished goods by any Manufacturer, Supplier, Wholesaler, Retailer, or Dealer is a an act of Crime and violation of various State/ Central Laws relating to Sale/Purchase of Goods, GST, Trademark and Copyrights act, Foreign Exchange act etc. and is a punishable offence, all are hereby warned in this regard. All digital/social platforms, payment gateways are also warned of such misuse and take all steps to prevent such misuse, failing which such platform or payment gateway will be treated as a partner in such crime and appropriate criminal action shall be initiated

Any eligible refund will be initiated by the Firm for Credit into the same account from where the payment was made by the user, within seven(7) working days of receipt of request for cancellation of order, in case of cancellation request is received before the services are initiated. It will be credited to the user's bank/credit card/debit card account within such time as taken by banking channels to process the refund transaction. No refunds are eligible if the services for such payments are already initiated. The Website/Firm is not liable for any charges levied by the bank for processing of the refund transaction and the same will solely be borne by the User

1. You will be responsible for providing the dial up, DSL, cable modem or other form of internet access and any other hardware and software necessary to access and use of the site

No other entity or individual has been provided any access or rights to use the Business name, its website, URL, Phone number in any form for creating business listings , Business page or to run any Campaigns, any violation of such terms is liable for criminal action under the relevant laws
